DUO products are dietary supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should replace the guidance of your healthcare provider.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. DUO products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

If you take a prescription medication, are pregnant, nursing, or managing a health condition, talk with your healthcare provider before adding any supplement to your routine.

Where this site cites published research, it describes studies that were not conducted on DUO products. DUO is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the journals, institutions, or authors of those studies.

Orders are placed and paid for through our store checkout, which is run on Shopify. Your payment is handled by Shopify and its payment providers.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any free-shipping threshold and taxes shown at checkout are what you will be charged.

We may correct errors in pricing or product information. If a real error affects your order, we will contact you before shipping or refund the difference.

If you choose Subscribe, you agree to be charged automatically on the delivery schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time from your account before your next renewal date.

An order that has already been processed is covered by our returns policy. Full details are in our Subscription Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, and for the activity under your account.

You can delete your account by emailing support@duosupps.com or contacting us through the order help page.

The text, design, images, and product names on this site belong to DUO. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

Do not use the site in a way that breaks it, or to harvest data about other visitors.

DUO products are supplements. Results differ from person to person, and we do not promise any specific outcome.

To the fullest extent the law allows, DUO is not liable for losses that come from using this site or its products beyond what we can supply again (a replacement or refund of the product).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both sides consent to those courts.

Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have where you live that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms as the site and our products change. The version on this page is the version that applies.
