Subscription Policy

When you choose Subscribe on a product, you agree to receive that product automatically on the schedule shown at checkout (for example, every month or every 2 months). You'll be charged for each delivery, using the payment method you provided, on each renewal date until you cancel.

Subscriptions are offered at 20% off the one-time price, unless otherwise stated at checkout. The price, delivery frequency, shipping cost and taxes for your subscription are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If we change the price of your subscription, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

We'll email you 3 days before each renewal charge, so you have time to skip your upcoming order or manage your subscription.

You can skip a delivery, change your delivery date, update your payment method or address, or cancel at any time from your account at duosupps.com/account. Changes made before your next renewal date apply to that order. Changes made after an order has been processed apply to the following order.

See how to cancel in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. You can cancel online at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders. Cancelling stops future renewals. An order already processed before you cancelled will still ship and is subject to our Returns & refunds policy.

If a renewal payment fails, we'll try again and email you. If payment can't be collected, the delivery won't ship and your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Subscription orders ship free on both Standard and Express when the selected shipping rate is $18 or less, including eligible shipping on renewals.

If the selected shipping rate exceeds $18, you pay the full shipping rate, not just the amount above $18. This is why higher Express shipping tiers are still charged. This rate-based rule applies to all subscriptions, including The Complete Routine. Your available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

The Complete Routine subscription includes DUO Daily Essential, Gut Support, Daily Hydration (Peach Mango) and Metabolic Support, delivered together on each renewal.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers before they take effect.
