Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a DUO subscription (any product bought with Subscribe, including The Complete Routine). It works together with our Subscription Policy and Returns & refunds policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account at duosupps.com/account. Go to Subscriptions, choose the subscription, and select Cancel subscription. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders.

Email support@duosupps.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Cancel my subscription." We'll cancel it and email you a confirmation within 2–5 business days. Your cancellation counts from the day we receive your email: if a renewal is charged after that date, we'll refund it. For an instant cancellation, cancel online from your account.

Before your next renewal date: your subscription is cancelled right away, and you won't be charged again.

On or after your renewal date: if your renewal order has already been charged and processed, that order will still ship. Your subscription is then cancelled, and no further orders will be charged.

We'll send you an email confirming your cancellation. If you don't receive it, please contact us.

We email you 3 days before each renewal charge, so you have time to skip, change or cancel before you're billed.

If you just need a break, you can skip your next delivery or change your delivery date from your account instead of cancelling. Your subscription discount stays in place.

An order that was charged before you cancelled will ship as normal. If you'd like to return it, our Returns & refunds policy applies.

The 20% subscription discount applies only while your subscription is active. After cancelling, future purchases are at the regular one-time price unless you subscribe again.

We may cancel a subscription if a payment can't be collected after repeated attempts, if a product is discontinued, or if we can no longer ship to your address. We'll email you if this happens, and you won't be charged for orders that aren't shipped.
