Returns & refunds

How returns, refunds and damaged orders work. Last updated: October 2026.

The short version

If something is wrong with your order — it arrived damaged, the wrong item came, or a product is defective — tell us through the order help page and we will make it right, including a replacement or refund.

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Unopened returns

Returns apply to products that are unopened and in resalable condition, within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return through the order help page. We will send you instructions; the address is below.

Once the return reaches us, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow a few days for your bank to show it.

Shipping fees are refunded when the return is our fault — a wrong item or a product that arrived damaged. For a change-of-mind return, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Where to send returns

DUO Returns, 10520 Harwin Dr, Houston, TX 77036.

Include your order number in the package so we can match the return to your order.

Use a trackable shipping service — tracking is your proof the return was sent.

Opened products

For food-safety reasons, opened capsules, powders, and strips cannot be resold, so they are not returnable — unless they arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will replace or refund them once you show us the issue (a photo is usually enough).

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, the wrong item came, or something is missing, contact us within 10 days of delivery through the order help page. We will replace the item or refund it — your choice when both are possible.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription any time from your account before your next order is charged. Orders that have already shipped follow the rules above.

Where refunds are processed

Orders are placed and paid for through our store checkout on Shopify, and refunds are processed there, to the card you paid with.
