Low energy? Start with the basics

Simple daily habits that support steady energy.

Feeling more tired than usual is common when you're eating less and your routines are shifting. The most useful supports are simple and daily.

The four foundations

Start with hydration, sipped consistently. Next, protein at every meal. Then sleep. Finally, gentle daily movement, even a short walk.

Cover the gaps

A complete multivitamin helps make sure reduced intake doesn't mean reduced nutrition. If tiredness persists, talk with your healthcare provider.

Build a routine you can keep

Energy habits work when they're automatic. Anchor them to moments you already have: a glass of water on waking, protein at lunch, a walk after dinner.
